This product is the best solution I have found for adjusting the distance between the “Action Disc” and fly. In effect it is a bobber stop that has enough line friction to hold the disc in place. To adjust the “Keeper” you release it with a pair of pliers. Other systems require sliding the stop along the line against its friction. This decreases its holding capacity, increasing the likely hood of slipping.
